Weeks To Wellness is a program designed to help you become the person you deserve to be. There are no magic pills or fad diets. Alicia provides you with information that will help you make your own healthy choices.

To begin, scroll over Weeks To Wellness in the menu bar above. You will find that Weeks 1-10 drop-down with a little arrow pointing to the right. Hover over Weeks 1-10 and a second drop-down menu will appear to the right. Now scroll across to the individual week that you wish to live. We highly recommend that you begin with Week 1 and continue through chronologically but like everything else you will find on this site, how you proceed is entirely up to you.
